 LSW, Ltd.

The LSW process begins with a review of all relevant documents, contracts and relationships as well as interviews with advisors, staff and board members concerning these documents. Interviews are held with the board to determine what the existing long term goals of the organization are. After the reviews and interviews are completed, a discussion will focus on resolving any issues Len perceives concerning goals.

During the analysis and recommendation process, Len will function as coordinator of a team of financial specialists who will help to develop specific portions of the long term goals and strategies. Specialists currently advising the business will be used if requested. Specialists retained by Len are people he has a long working relationship with who also have extensive experience working with similar organizations and their boards. All specialists retained by Len must be approved by the board.

After the analysis phase is completed and all the issues concerning goals are resolved, a presentation will be made which will include:

  • Written summary of the Analysis
  • An Overview of Existing Structure and Goals
  • Operating Strategy with 1, 3, and 5 Year Goals
  • Plan to Accomplish Strategy and Goals
  • Estimate and Justification of Cost to Accomplish Strategy and Goals
