LSW, Ltd. was created as the result of a financial strategy review for a business Len owned with a partner. The review made clear that their business could better fulfill the individual owners' long term goals by being split into two businesses. The functions were easily and logically separated, and most importantly, expanded the overall service provided to existing clients. Webster Associates Incorporated (a registered investment advisor) is the business owned by Len as a result of the review. To avoid any conflict of interest , LSW was separately incorporated to provide financial strategy and long term goal development services for the clients of Webster Associates and LSW, Ltd.
