All contacts, interviews, analysis and development of strategy will be performed by Leonard E. Webster. Time will be billed at $200.00/hour spent by Len with all costs for administrative or secretarial work performed included. The total billing for the analysis phase of this project will not exceed $18,000.00 unless additional work is added to the project by mutual agreement of the parties. A detailed statement and billing for hours worked will be submitted on the 1st of each month for the previous month's work.
