The formation of LSW, Ltd. was a result of Len achieving a long term goal. A business that Len owned half of reached a point that allowed it to be financially restructured so that each owner could better fulfill their individual long term personal goals. The new structure created Webster Associates Incorporated ( a registered investment advisor), which markets to accredited investors the investment strategies of Len's former firm as well as several other "specialized" registered investment advisors. To avoid any conflict of interest with Webster Associates, LSW has been seperately incorporated to provide financial goal and strategy development services to owners of closely held businesses.
